Weekend at the Martin's...
Mom and Dad came to The LBK last weekend to hang out. We had a good time...decided to brave the restaurant scene after taking a break for a few months now. Emmerson has gotten to an age where she likes to get up and walk around as soon as she finishes eating so someone is always trying to entertain/chase her. A few times it ended in a losing battle and we would just end up leaving the restaurant. Not because she is unruly, but just because of the fact that it is hard for a 2 year old to wait 30 minutes to get a table and then sit down and eat for an hour. However, she did so good on Friday night that we decided to go out for lunch AND dinner on Saturday! It was so nice! Both girls were little angels! Thanks to Boba and Poppa for the all the good food and your help with the girls!

Daddy and I had a wonderful time with you all! There's nothing we'd rather be doing than spending time with our precious kids and granddaughters!!
Emmerson can keep us entertained for hours just listening to her talk and watching her many expressions. Sweet Evynn is amazing us at how much she is "talking" and giggling OUT LOUD!! She is such a happy baby, with a contagious smile.
