Our Christmas with Grammie and Pop!

This weekend Grammie and Pop came to celebrate Christmas at our house! We opened presents, prepared and ate our Christmas dinner and just had a good time relaxing and spending time together.

Grammie and Pop got a kick out of the girls' Christmas carolers! Grandma Rose got Emmerson the carolers 2 years ago and each year at Christmas we hear them sing their little song over and over and over again! They are 6 little stuffed, battery powered people who stand in a circle, bob their little heads and do a synchronized performance of The 12 Days of Christmas! It really is amazing how sophisticated the little guys are and the way they each take turns and sing their own part! Here are Pop and Evynn watching them together!On Saturday afternoon we all opened our presents. Grammie read the girls "Fancy Nancy" before Emmerson opened an array of Fancy Nancy get up! She got the doll, dress and too many accessories to name! Needless to say, Emmerson likes to be a little fancy herself so Grammie thought she would like Fancy Nancy...and she loves it!Evynn was just laid back...taking it all in!Emmerson and Fancy Nancy Pop, Evynn, Grammie and Emmerson
