Weekend in Amarillo
This weekend we met Mom, Dad, Dent, Brandy and Adlee in Amarillo for our Wonderland/Zoo trip. If you read the blog you know that we've already made that trip this summer but since Dent and his family weren't able to go last time we thought we'd do it again...all together this time! We had big plans to meet at the zoo first and then eat lunch before we spent all day/evening at Wonderland Park. Unfortunately it rained...ALL day on Saturday. So...we went to the Discovery Center instead. The kids loved it and we actually enjoyed it too! That evening I took the girls swimming at the hotel. So, we stayed busy and kept hoping the weather would dry up by Sunday. We got up on Sunday to cloudy skies again but it looked like it may clear. We got all of the little ones ready and then went to the zoo. The girls loved the zoo...as usual. I think they could give the tour now! We ate a fast lunch in hopes to get to WLP as it opened. We made it there in time for the opening...if it had opened. :-( Big sign on the gates when we got there... "Closed due to bad weather." We had one sad little 3 year old on our hands! So...we found a park and played there until we got rained out. Although it was a downer that we didn't get to ride all of the fun rides, we really did have a good time and the girls loved playing with Boba and Poppy and their sweet cousin Adlee.

Emmerson loved the eels...she thought they were Flotsam and Jetsam from the Little Mermaid
Evynn loved the balls...and saying "ba" over and over!

Sissy,
We wouldn't let an obstacle like rain dampen our fun. What a great time we had with our precious little dollies. I'm just glad we could all be together.
They were sooo cute.....all 3 dressed alike!
These pictures are so sweet!
I Love YOU,
Mama
Your girls are just PRECIOUS!!! I love your blog!!!
