Frankly Martin

On Saturday we tried to take our annual Christmas card pictures. It was really amusing! Emmerson is now old enough to figure out that she doesn't HAVE to sit still and smile so she was doing everything but that. We tried to pose by the tree because after all, it is a Christmas picture. She found the perfect spot, right across from us, right in front of all of the toy clutter and would sit on her stool and give us a big "cheese"! It was really funny! And frustrating! She had me and Alan, Mom and Dad jumping, singing, rolling around on the floor...we were trying it all to get her to take her place and smile. It was a circus! We did get a couple of cute ones...finally...not sure if it was perfect but we certainly captured the fun time we had!
