"Alice in Wonderland Park"

Last weekend we met Mom and Dad in Amarillo for our annual trip to the zoo and to Wonderland Park. The girls had SO much fun looking at all of the animals. Evynn would make her "smack" at all of them...trying to give them a kiss. She's such a lovable little punkin. Emmerson was SO chatty...telling us about all of the animals and teaching little sister about them too! It was a beautiful day...temp around the mid 80's and NO WIND! That doesn't happen too often in the TX Panhandle! Here are some of the zoo pics... They also have a playground area at the zoo where the girls stopped to play
and we found a place in the shade!After the zoo, we headed back to the hotel to try to get the girls to lay down for a nap. Imagine this...all 6 of us in one room as we tried to get 2 little restless girls to lay still and take a nap. That was a circus! :-) After our attempt failed, we went on to dinner and then to Wonderland Park (or Alice in Wonderland Park) as Emmerson likes to call it. Them temperature was cooling down and the lights were coming on at the park. It was perfect! Both of our little dolls enjoyed rides, snow cones and cotton candy until 1000. We shut the park down! It was a really good time! Here are pics of WLP...
This was Emmerson's favorite ride. It went up pretty high and then kind of "hopped" it's way down. She rode it over, and over, and over, and over....

Last ride of the night...Evynn was kissing Emmerson over and over and then she started to blow kisses to her captive audience. It was SO cute. She it for yourself! :-)




The next morning we got up and took the girls swimming at the hotel. They loved it, as usual, and the water felt great!
